Our firm is diversified enough to meet the needs of small to medium-sized businesses ranging from professional service to industry.

Effective communication is essential for providing timely and responsive service to our clients. The key to achieving effective communications lies in open interaction with our clients. All clients have a primary contact with the firm. At least one partner in addition to that contact will be familiar and active with your account and will be responsible to review all work before any report is released.

ABOUT US

JAMES C. PELLINI - PARTNER EMERITUS - FOUNDER 1950 - 2009

DAVID G. GOLD - Partner responsible for management, tax planning and tax compliance. This area includes setting up and reviewing accounting systems, keeping in mind the primary goals of information gathering, financial growth, profitability, safeguarding of assets and maximizing tax benefits. Dave deals with, among others, many professional, service industry, and real estate clients.

JOHN F. CORDES - Partner who joined the firm in September 2006. In addition to providing traditional corporate tax and financial accounting services, John practices in the manufacturing, information services and wholesale distribution industry sectors. John has a Master in Taxation and has served on the PICPA Peer Review Committee and the United Way of Chester County Board of Directors.

WILLIAM D. BRADY JR - Joined the firm in 2002 and became a partner in 2009.  In addition to providing comprehensive tax and accounting services, Bill also provides his clients assistance in areas including multistate taxation, forecasts and projections, planning and budgeting, payroll and HR support, and general business consulting.  

ERIC C. RESNICK- joined the firm in 2015 and became a partner in 2019 with over 30 years in the industry. A graduate of Drexel University 1992, Eric works in attestation (financial statement reviews and compilations) for various industries including retail, wholesale, manufacturing, professional services and not for profits.  Additionally, Eric works with client outsourcing needs for accountants and controllership and assists clients with tax compliance and planning for businesses- Corporations, S Corporations, Partnerships and LLC as well as individuals.

JAMES J. PELLINI - 1978 to 2022. Previously managing partner responsible for management and tax planning. This area included setting up and reviewing accounting systems, keeping in mind the primary goals of information gathering, financial growth, profitability, safeguarding of assets and maximizing tax benefits. Jim dealt with, among others, many professional, service industry, and real estate clients. 

Jim remains available to our clients, staff and partners as needed.

SENIOR MANAGER

DUANE DAVIS joined the firm in 2020.  His prior experience has been with accounting firms in the greater Philadelphia region since 2007.  He is a graduate of the Villanova School of Business where he earned his Masters in Taxation and a Certificate in Estate Planning.  His career has included work in both attestation and tax for a variety of industries and for individuals, he primarily works in the tax department of PGC on closely held businesses and individual tax planning and compliance work.
